We are taking the concept of a fitness “challenge” to an entirely new level.
6 WEEKS | FITNESS. YOGA. MINDSET. NUTRITION. COMMUNITY. TRANSFORMATION.
FEEL THE FIRE- Mallory (@mchap12) your host of the challenge, will be bringing the heat in our daily workout challenges filmed on the beautiful island of Hawaii that you can do at home anywhere, anytime with your body weight, resistance bands and a pilates ball. Get up to 30 minutes of cardio, strength, and mobility workouts 5 days a week.
UNSTOPPABLE- Fuel your mind and your body with our weekly fitness, yoga, mindset and nutrition challenges that are designed to create an unstoppable energy that lasts beyond the 6 week challenge. This approachable challenge will get you into a consistent routine, whether you can only do 10 minutes a day, or the full 30 minutes we are here to support you.
GROUNDED- Feel grounded in the midst of transition between Summer and Fall with our yoga and meditation practices from our local Hawaiian expert team.
CONNECTED- Each day you will be held accountable by Mallory and get elevated by our supportive community through our very own private app. Stay connected, track your points in the app when you complete a mindset, workout, yoga or nutrition challenge.
Our one and only goal is to help you establish a healthier habits in the midst of what is traditionally a chaotic time. Your commitment can be as little as 10 minutes a day, or a maximum of 30 minutes a day. That’s it. The results can be life changing, if you choose to go with the flow instead of resist it.
